Objectives and terminal Orientations

General objective.

The overall objective of the curriculum of the Doctorate in Information Technologies is to provide participants along with a solid scientific training, the opportunity to make formal investigation through partnerships with other groups of researchers from external institutions, applied to Business Process Analysis, Mining Data, Optimization, Simulation, Distributed Systems, Advanced Interfaces in Virtual Reality, Knowledge Management and e-World.

Specific objectives.

  • Train researchers with high social commitment to propose solutions in the area of ​​Information Technology.
  • Strengthening undergraduate teaching by linking it with research in the area of ​​Information Technology.
  • Strengthening university-industry linkage, through the development of joint research projects.
  • Position the CUCEA and the University of Guadalajara as engines of scientific, technological, economic and social development of the state of Jalisco to form high-level resources.
  • Offering the latest knowledge in the field of Information Technology .
